    We strive to offer excellent customer service at all times, please allow up to two full business days for order processing.
     
    We are still experiencing a backlog with USPS, sometimes the tracking will take several days to update after the packages have been picked up; please keep this in mind while selecting your shipping options.

    Options for shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
     
    Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier based upon your location and the size of your order, which are paid directly to the carrier.
    The calculated shipping rates are in no way set by BobbiePinz and all fees are set by and paid to the carrier.
    Shipping time estimates offered at checkout are not guaranteed. The actual delivery times will vary, especially when utilizing USPS.
     

    USA Shipping Options

    • We offer both USPS and UPS shipping methods; choice of service will vary depending upon your location.
    • The following shipping estimates are not guaranteed and the actual delivery times will vary, especially when utilizing USPS.
    • USPS service is very unreliable! If you need your package by a specific day and/or overnight, we strongly suggest utilizing a UPS option.
    • Please allow extra time for processing, as outlined in the "When will my order ship?" section below.
    • All of the domestic shipping methods below include insurance EXCEPT USPS First-Class.
    • Once a package leaves our possession for shipment, the carrier is responsible for all tracking and delivery.
    • BobbiePinz assumes no responsibility for delayed or lost First-Class packages, use at your own risk.
    USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days. (Can take up to a week or more)

    USPS Priority: 2-3 business days. (Can take up to a week or more)
    USPS Express: 1-2 business days. (Can take up to a week or more)

    UPS Ground: 3-7 business days.
    UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days.
    UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day.

    • We offer USPS, UPS and DHL international shipping options; choice of service will vary depending upon your location.
    • PLEASE NOTE: All International packages will be subject to additional fees for customs/duty charges set by and paid to your country's customs office.
    • These fees are in no way associated or set by BobbiePinz.
    • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid in advance by BobbiePinz.
    • We will not mark international packages as “gifts" in an attempt to escape customs charges.
    • The rates below are purely estimations, international delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Customs clearances may add several days to the estimations below.

    "Where are you located?"

    • We are located in and ship from New York, New York, USA.

    "Should I pick USPS or UPS for shipping?"

    • In recent years USPS has become exceedingly unreliable with their service. Our local post office is one of the busiest offices in the nation, packages can often be delayed for several days.
    • We strongly recommend using a UPS shipping option whenever possible to insure your package will arrive in a timely manner.
    • Please view the UPS Ground map below to view estimated arrival times.
    • If you're in yellow and gold areas your package will arrive faster with UPS Ground than USPS priority or first class mail.

    "When will my order ship?"

    • All payments made with PayPal E-Checks will not be shipped until the E-Check has cleared, usually 3-10 business days. Each bank is different.
    • We strive to get all orders shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing.
    • During inclement weather, holidays, or during a large sale promotion; shipping times will be delayed by an additional business day or two.
    • Business days are Monday-Friday only, excluding all major National Holidays and Weekends. IE: If your order is placed on Friday, it will usually ship by Tuesday.
    • If you receive a tracking number on a major National Holiday or Weekend, please be advised that your order will not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.

    "My order was supposed to be here two days ago, yet my tracking information has not updated, when will I receive it?"

    • Unfortunately, from time to time a shipment may be rerouted and/or held at a shipping center and its delivery can be delayed by several days; especially when utilizing USPS.
    • If your order is delayed, we strongly urge you to contact the carrier directly, be sure to have your tracking number ready and available.
    • Once a package leaves our possession for shipment, the carrier is responsible for all tracking and delivery.
    • BobbiePinz assumes no responsibility for delayed or lost First-Class domestic or international packages, use at your own risk.

    "My tracking information says my package has been delivered, but I did not receive it. Can you resend my order?"

    • Sometimes a package is incorrectly scanned as delivered when it was not delivered. Usually when this happens the package is delivered within a day or two afterward.
    • Sometimes a package is incorrectly delivered to a neighbor, check with your neighbors to see if they got your package by mistake.
    • If your package still hasn't been delivered within an additional business day, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
    • If your package was sent with insurance (all shipping options EXCEPT USPS first class and first class international have automatic insurance) we can help you file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.
    • If your package was sent USPS first class or first class international without insurance, we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders and cannot resend your order.

    "My package was returned to sender because it was never claimed at the post office/I put the incorrect address on my order, can you send it back out?"

    • For US orders, we will gladly resend your package for an additional shipping fee equal to the cost of shipping paid on the original order.
    • All returned international orders will automatically be refunded for the cost of goods sold only, shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If customs duties are refused and the international package is abandoned, no refund whatsoever will be offered.
    • Additionally, International packages that are refused at customs may be subject to export fees, which will also be deducted from your refund after the package arrives back to us, in addition to the shipping cost as explained above.

    "I live in NYC or I am visiting; am I able to pick up my order in person?"
    Unfortunately, at this time we no longer have a local pick up option.
